So, now that the mean over bearing power mad mods have locked threads, I'm going to unlock one here.

Oh, and I infer "The Rules" are back on politics.  It was kinda fun while it lasted, and it went better than I would have guessed.  So, that's a positive.

A dude here is updating our internet stuff, gigamonster or something, though it's plenty fast for me.  The uploads are slowish.

I don't really care about most threads, but I want to keep the coronavirus/covid thread clear.  It's actually been a really good one and I want it to stay that way.

My happy story of the week is that I tested negative for the coronas, so that's nice.

New Restaurant Hopes You'll Say "Mukja!" Korean Fried Chicken in Midtown

A new Korean eatery is preparing to open where a burger franchise failed in Midtown.  Mukja Korean Fried Chicken has quietly renovated the former BurgerIM restaurant space at The Shops at Metropolis in Midtown, and from the looks of the space, may be prepared to open as soon as they are allowed to do so.  Mukja, which translates to "let's eat" in Korean, will feature Korean Fried Chicken but will also offer several other specialty items like Mac & Cheese with kimchi and bacon as well as Korean-style waffles, among other options.

Yeah we've had quite a few Korean fried chicken places open up here over the past 2-3 years.  I guess Korean Fried Chicken is the new Nashville Hot Chicken,

It's tasty though, I do like it.

Well, that goes on my list anyway.  I had no idea this place had that name.  We ate at this pub once, it was typical.  Korean Fried Chicken, huh.

We have a Hattie'B's here not too far away, it's very good I think.  The wife loves it.

I'm beginning to think everyone's a mod except OAM/MDoT/Fearless/Drew/Brutus and myself  :-X

The mods are all the same from the old Scout board. The only thing that's different here is that this site is owned by Drew, ELA and me.

Drew is the site manager.

Not to bring back anything violating "the rules", but I'm sitting here chuckling just imagining a certain national politician in the role of the Black Knight and had to share...

The only difference is instead of finishing with "alright, we'll call it a draw", he'd still somehow claim victory.
