we're paying plenty of guys with machine guns today and will be in the next decade
Yeah but apparently they can only be used to defend other countries, not our own.

Ask Israel how they do it.  And who paid for it.

(it was us).
As an American taxpayer, this is extraordinarily frustrating. Our tax dollars are used to defend other countries but not our own.

If we're friends with other countries and spend money on them, we're absolute whores for corporations and lobbyists.

I'd guess we have the equivalent of lobbyists in China for US companies doing business there.  There would be a lot of "Golden Handshakes" happening to get anything done like zoning or building approvals.  I was told that Bordeaux wine at one time, maybe still, was an item of choice in getting some local official to do a thing.

I don't think any US corporations are doing business in Iran or NK today, and probably even in Russia most of what existed has changed or been closed.  I think at one point GM sold more vehicles in China than the US, but I could be wrong.

You could buy 85/15 ground beef also.

That can go on the grill grates. Anything leaner goes on the cast iron.

Speaking of which, I'm almost done with my propane grill rehab project.  I'll post pics to the DIY thread when everything's done.  It's actually been a lot of fun, got my son to help and he's turning out to be pretty handy.

Of course, what's NOT to love about taking an angle grinder to cast stainless steel and watching the years melt away?

I figure the egg lobby is in this somewhere.  Our burger place offers sunny side or fried egg as an option on their burgers.

If you've never had a fried egg on top of enchiladas, you're missing out.
