Best in that it's giving $2.x billion to starship, which will make SLS obsolete by the time Artemis III flys in 2026.  SS will have flown by then maybe dozens of times.  Unless it fails, and I seriously don't think it will.  It's complex, but not impossible.

Sunken Gardens

It doesn't look like that in the winter and it's not Atlanta, but it's nice.

The Sunken Gardens was constructed during the winter of 1930-31 in Lincoln, Nebraska. It is the only garden in Nebraska listed in the National Geographic Guide to Public Gardens 300 Best Gardens to Visit in the United States and Canada.

I did interview for a job in Lincoln a year or so ago, but they decided not to fill the position (probably lack of decent applicants)

Iowa is a good life and alot like Heaven, but the winters aren't perfect
