2025 Transfer Portal/Tampering Thread

Michigan has added 4 in the portal so far.

OL Brady Norton from Cal Poly in the FCS 
DB TJ Metcalf from Arkansas 
DB Tevin Metcalf from Arkansas 
WR Donaven McCulley from Indiana

Need to get a QB, at least 2 more receivers, couple DL's, and couple OL's. Maybe a RB if it's Justice Haynes from Bama, but not a pressing need like the other positions imo.

Zachariah Branch had a down sophomore year but he's as explosive as all hell. Larry Ellison needs to throw a bag at him and the Eric Rivers kid from FIU plus the McCauley kid from Indiana and what they brought in '24 and the WR room would turn around in a flash.

bad take imo. kid was a 5* in HS in the 2021 class but who cares....he's done absolutely fuck all at Bama in his 4 years in college. Will be a 5th year senior rotational piece. Losing Graham and probably Grant- need DT's that are actually startable.

kind of shocked Minnesota is able to hang on to RB Darius Taylor and Safety Koi Perich. If those two hit the market they'd probably be the #1 and #2 player in the portal right now.

there is some positive things happening in MPLS and some guys want to be a part of something building and making a difference

OL Daniels went to OSU not sure how a 3 star athlete plays 4 games and becomes a 4 star transfer?  and his PFF scores were nothing to write home about

the kid has potential but Day has more problems if a RS Sophomore that has hasnt even played half a season is something to tip your hat on

I was shocked Minnesota was able to hang on to Taylor & Perich because I would’ve thought for sure Ohio State, Oregon, A&M, Texas Tech, or Ole Miss - the teams seemingly spending like crazy in the portal would’ve thrown them a bag Minnesota couldn’t match.
