he has a year left?

4 years at Michigan and 2 at iowa?
There is some precedent there.  QB Spencer Petras got a 7th year this year at Utah St after 6 years at Iowa.

Of course Petras did not play at all in 2023 after getting hurt in the last regular season game of 2022.   So I dont know if you rreally can count 2023 as a year of eligibility because Petras never did dress in 2023 while acting as kinda a mentor on the sideline while he rehabbed at Iowa.

Ohio State should be telling this kid thanks but no thanks. Need to go after that Purdue OL and GaTech OL.

Spend all that NIL cash on OL's and this....

OL is the one spot I would pay for high schoolers, and pay to keep the good ones.  I think you can insert one if there is a glaring weakness, but I don't think you can just assemble an OL out of the portal and have it work

Michigan doesn't really need a safety if the rumors of Rod Moore coming back are true but DO WANT....

coach is gone and pretty easy to find a place that pays better

maybe the Hoosiers need a safety?

Sad when legacy players like Karlaftis and Thieneman are leaving. Heck, Thieneman was the third brother to come play safety at Purdue.

Like I said, this is more than a coach. This is a culture problem.

Rhule said today at the press conference.........

He thinks differently about the portal than he did last year.
He wants to bring in 10-14 guys and he's happy to have the NIL money to do it.
