I might attend a February CBB game, just because I never have before. UNLV will be here on Tue, then back to back double headers vs NDSU over the weekend.
In Columbus?

Definitely no February games in Columbus.

Perfect baseball weather in the SW though.

Tell that to MLB, lol.

I haven't been to an ASU game since before they moved into the A's old Spring Training park.  I should do that.

I liked their on-campus stadium.  Nothing wrong with it.

And yet the Coyotes are such a mess, they my be playing in ASUs hockey facilities next year because they can't make rent

My Dad coached a JUCO baseball team (in WI) during his 'semi-retirement' years in, they basically never 'scheduled' a home game until late March.  I spent some time hanging with his clubs on some of those road trips to the SE, mid-south, getting beat around, but hey, they were playing games without jackets, winter caps and gloves.

I stand corrected. The UNLV game was delayed for rain.

Funny, because there was not even enough rain at any point to even get the sidewalk wet. If you stood outside you might feel a micro-drop every 45 seconds or so.

MSU up 11-0 on Kansas through 6.  Gout outscored 32-7 last weekend in a 3 game sweep from a sub 200 RPI team, but about to be otherwise 4-1.  Who knows

Kansas isn't great, but as I recall last year they had a couple of pitchers who, when they were on, could challenge just about anybody.  I haven't looked at their roster for this year to see if they're still around though.

No, but they are better than Abilene Christian, who just swept MSU last weekend, and the closest game was I think 10-4?

We are talking degrees (and degrees) of good with northern baseball.

It's a shame there's no college baseball NIT.  I think there is interest, and would give guys more reps.  Granted draft eligible pitchers may not want to expose themselves to that

Tough to stay focused up 11-0, but error, walk, 2 RBI triple is not what you want going forward with 2 outs in the 9th and bases empty

FOllowed it up with a narrow 2-1 loss to #12 Notre Dame, and a 9-3 win over #25 WVU, so not too shabby
